Information to parents and guardians

All visitors at SPACE are guaranteed a safe environment. To ensure we live up to that, we have gaming hosts during all the hours that the gaming is open. The hosts are available to help you with questions and eventual problems and to ensure SPACE is a calm and safe place for everyone.

We have rules that all our visitors have to follow to be welcome at SPACE. Among these, there is zero tolerance for alcohol, drugs, bullying, and bad language. An extended list of our rules can be found below.

To get into the gaming center you need to register an account with BankID. People under 13 years old have to be registered in the SPACE app by a parent. You create a “minor account” and are able to add an optional number of kids to the account. It is also you as a parent who is responsible for purchases and distribution of the number of hours that your child will spend in the gaming center. Through the SPACE app, you can also see if your child is logged in at SPACE.

House rules

Everyone is welcome at SPACE. That said, we have a couple of rules of conduct that everyone is expected to follow. In some situations, an violation leads to a warning. After three warnings, your account will be shut down. In that case, you have the opportunity to take a course with a following test to learn our rules. Your account will be reactivated if you pass the test.
